SETPOINT in Education
INTECH is the host organisation for the SETPOINT for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. SETPOINTs are part of a national network co-ordinated across the uk by STEMNET
All SETPOINTs work closely with the primary and secondary schools in their area to:
- act as a first point of contact for information about local and national schemes and resources that support the teaching of science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM)
- provide access to stimulating STEM activities
- develop links between schools, business and research organisations
- enable schools to use their local Science & Engineering Ambassadors
